    Ingredients

    + 60ml Bizarro Aperitivo
    + 90ml Pet Nat
    + Splash of soda water
    + Ice cubes
    + 1 x dehydrated citrus

    Equipment

    + Spirit measure
    + Wine glass

    Method

    1. Start by pouring Bizzarro Aperitivo, pet nat and a small splash of soda water into the glass
    2. Add your ice and give it a gentle stir
    3. Garnish with dehydrated citrus
