I start off by listening to you and looking at what you’ve told me your preferences are. As a sommelier I’m used to translating those notes into styles and varietals of wine that I think will suit you. From there, I’ll curate a box for you specifically.

Once you select your preferred subscription I’ll get your box ready to send within 24 hours. The time it takes to post will then depend on how far away you live from Sydney and the expedience of the postal company. We use Sendle to post your wine to you and they give you the option to track your wine online.

That happens! Part of the journey of finding wines you like is to taste a few you don’t. If you let me know which wines you haven’t been a fan of I’ll make sure you don’t receive them again. It can take a couple of boxes for us to work out your optimum selection.

You sure can! We all drink wine at different rates, some drink a bottle each week, some a bottle over a couple of days. You’ll find options to receive your dozen or half-dozen bottles every 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks or 3 months. These are flexible and can be changed at any time to better suit your drinking needs.

If that’s what you want, definitely! Otherwise, most of the time my clients like to receive new things that I’ve found that I know they’ll love. Just let me know what works for you!

You definitely can. We’re not interested in pulling the wool over your eyes and tricking you into wine. If it’s not working out for you, let us know and we’ll stop your subscription. You might even prefer to start off with a case of wine, not on a subscription?
