Born in Venice, Select blends together 30 botanicals, including juniper berries and rhubarb root, to create a deliciously refreshing aperitif. It's dry and bitter, but also citrusy and spicey. I find it's not quite as sweet as Aperol and not quite as bitter as Campari - it's such a nice balance. It's also pretty hard to stop drinking them once you start...
